Is this safe for me? Do I need medical clearance?
Safety is where everything starts here. Signing up begins with a thoughtful intake — including the standard health-screening questions (PAR-Q) about your joints, conditions, medications and history — and Monika personally reviews every single one before your guided weeks begin. If anything in your answers suggests your doctor should be part of the conversation, she’ll say so plainly and help you take that step first. Nothing is generic, and nothing is rushed.
I’ve never really been sporty. Am I fit enough to start?
You don’t need a fitness history to begin — you need a starting point that’s honestly yours. Your guided weeks are built from your intake, at your level, and the first ones are deliberately about rhythm and confidence, not intensity. “Not sporty” is one of the most common starting points here, not an exception to it.
What if I’m post-natal, or have a specific condition?
Tell us in the intake — that’s exactly what it’s for. Monika reviews every intake personally and shapes your weeks around joints, conditions and life stage rather than around an average. If you’re post-natal, a clearance document from your doctor is required before training begins — you can upload it during onboarding, or start the intake now and add it once you have it.
How much time does it take each week?
You choose the rhythm in your intake: most members train three or four sessions a week, and you tell us how long a session should realistically be. The daily check-in takes about thirty seconds. The structure is designed to hold on your busy weeks — not just your ideal ones.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have is enough to start. The intake asks what’s available to you — nothing at all, a few things at home, or a full gym — and your weeks are built around that. If one or two simple additions would genuinely open up better training, Monika will suggest them; she won’t require them.
How do the 7-day trial and billing work? Can I cancel?
Every package begins with a 7-day free trial: you won’t be charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel during it you pay nothing. After that, billing is monthly or annual (annual saves 12%), and you can cancel anytime from your account — in a click, with no calls and no awkward conversations.
What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?
Both include the full guided weeks, video sessions, daily tracking, intelligent summaries, Ask, messaging, and one-to-one video calls with Monika. Standard includes a monthly call. Premium moves to a call every two weeks and adds priority responses to your messages — the closest way to work with her. You can change your choice before you pay, and adjust anytime after.
